HCWHC is now offering ultrasound!
We have partnered with Austin Imaging and Lab to offer monthly ultrasound appointments at our clinic in Wimberley. In addition to prenatal ultrasounds we also offer women’s health imaging, including pelvic, breast, full abdominal, vascular, thyroid, and more Financial aid is available; all you have to do is call or specify your financial needs when booking your appointment.

Our mission
HCWHC’s goal is to lift financial, language and racial barriers to health care, essential services and education for all women in our community by providing access to free and discounted health and mental health services and promoting women’s health and wellness through education.

We aim to empower women in our community through our classes and programs. Each person who benefits from our programs is here for something unique.

Education & Support
Through partnerships at local libraries like the Wimberley Village Library, we offer classes and workshops that focus on women’s health and wellness, including childbirth classes, parenting groups, and various health and wellness workshops. Some smaller workshops and classes are held at our clinic.
Healthcare
At our free clinic, our volunteer providers offer women’s healthcare and counseling at no cost or limited cost to those who are in need, including those who are not insured, under-insured, or undocumented. All are welcome!
Community
Our goal for 2026 is to increase awareness to the importance of women’s health in our local Hill Country communities. As in many rural areas there are great inequities in care across our region. We look forward to the hard work of community organizing and community-building. As they say, “think globally, act locally.”
